TERMS OF SALES

PREAMBLE

The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions carried out on the Lynhomeharmony.ma website in accordance with law 31.08 of consumer rights in Morocco. Any order placed on this site assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

PRODUCT

All items in the catalog are manufactured in our workshops. Lynhome harmony.ma reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog without notice. The items are made by hand.

We carry out quality control for each item. Before purchase, we undertake to send the consumer photos of the item from different viewing angles.

TO ORDER

After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the ''Add to cart'' button. When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the “place order” button and then validate your order by clicking on the “pay” order button. In the event of an error on your part, when entering the order form, we advise you to immediately send us a cancellation request by e-mail. After cancellation of the order by LYN HOME HARMONY.MA you can order again.

PRICE

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) all taxes included.

ORDER EXECUTION

After entering and validating the order, we undertake to inform you of its progress until delivery.

The order will be executed at the latest within 7 days from the day following that on which the Customer placed his order. Following shipment of the order, the customer will receive an email specifying the delivery terms. 

DELIVERY

Delivery and installation are provided free of charge by Lynhomeharmony.ma in the cities of Rabat and Casablanca . The items are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the Order Form. The customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address. The Customer is required to check his order and report any damage on the Lynhomeharmony.ma delivery note before the installers leave.

Delivery times vary on average between 7 days to 15 working days after your order leaves our workshops. However, items may be delivered 4 weeks after validation of the order . In the event of delay for any reason whatsoever, Lynhomeharmony.ma will notify its customers by email.

Delivery to other cities in the Kingdom is the responsibility of the buyer – Our delivery rates are net and are calculated on the basis of the weight of the products and the distance. – The cost of transporting your delivery will be communicated to you upon validation of the order.

DATA PRIVACY

The information requested from you is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially. You have the right to rectification relating to data concerning you. You may receive advertisements from Lynhomeharmony.ma unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for its purposes.

RIGHT TO RETRACT

From the date of receipt of your order, you have a period of

– 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully refunded. The costs of returning the goods remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resalable condition, and complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be refunded.
– 30 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, if the supplier does not honor its commitment to confirm in writing the information provided for in articles 29 and 32 of law 31.08

GUARANTEE

All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 month (from the delivery date). This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or neglect.

FORCE MAJEURE

Lynhomeharmony.ma is only required to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.
